La myrrhe am\u00e8re<\/a>, ou myrrhe officinale, est une gomme ol\u00e9or\u00e9sineuse, extraite d\u2019un arbuste \u00e9pineux, qui pousse au Kenya, Commiphora myrrha<\/em> var. molmol<\/em>. \u00a0Blanch\u00e2tre lorsqu\u2019elle s\u2019\u00e9coule le long du tronc, sous forme de \u00ab larmes de myrrhe \u00bb, elle durcit et rougit ensuite au contact de l\u2019air.<\/p>\n

La myrrhe am\u00e8re, ou myrrhe officinale<\/p><\/div>\n

Sa distillation nous offre une huile essentielle \u00e9paisse, jaune brun, aux notes chaudes, bois\u00e9s et ambr\u00e9es. Connue depuis toujours pour ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antiseptiques et anti-inflammatoires, elle composait d\u00e9j\u00e0 les m\u00e9langes utilis\u00e9s lors des rites d\u2019embaumement sous l\u2019Egypte Antique.<\/p>\n

Utilis\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui en aromath\u00e9rapie pour ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s puissamment anti-inflammatoires, cicatrisantes et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rante cutan\u00e9e<\/strong>, elle est indiqu\u00e9e dans les soins de la peau (irritations, plaies, ulc\u00e8res\u2026), toujours en association avec d\u2019autres huiles essentielles, comme celles de Ciste ladanif\u00e8re<\/a> ou d\u2019H\u00e9lichryse italienne<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Elle est aussi immunostimulante <\/strong>et calmante endocrinienne.\u00a0<\/strong>Et, comme apaisante \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong>, elle est incontournable dans l\u2019accompagnement en fin de vie, pour aider \u00e0 faire face, \u00e9loigner l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, les peurs et la fatigue. Associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019huile essentielle d\u2019Encens<\/a>, de Rose ou de N\u00e9roli<\/a>, elle apporte un v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9confort.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Comment l\u2019utiliser la myrrhe am\u00e8re ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1-Douleurs physiques, accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0: <\/strong><\/h4>\n

4 \u00e0 5 gouttes, \u00e0 diluer dans une petite noisette d\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, puis appliquer le m\u00e9lange sur la zone douloureuse. Peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par une \u00ab main bienveillante \u00bb, en application tout le long de la colonne vert\u00e9brale. En respirer les effluves, pour en faire aussi un moment de d\u00e9tente. Ces gestes sont \u00e0 reconduire 2 ou 3 fois dans la journ\u00e9e. Id\u00e9alement \u00e0 associer \u00e0 d\u2019autres huiles essentielles anti-inflammatoires et\/ou antalgiques.<\/p>\n

2-Diffusion \u00e0 vis\u00e9e calmante, relaxante, m\u00e9ditative\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A diluer au pr\u00e9alable avec d\u2019autres huiles essentielles (10% maximum de Myrrhe<\/a>, avec Citron<\/a>, Mandarine<\/a>, Lavande fine<\/a>, Ylang-ylang<\/a>\u2026), puis d\u00e9poser environ 60 gouttes de ce m\u00e9lange dans votre diffuseur et proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une diffusion de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes, 2 \u00e0 3 fois par jour. Naturellement, \u00e0 adapter \u00e0 votre ressenti et votre tol\u00e9rance respiratoire.<\/p>\n

Huile Myrrhe<\/strong><\/a> : d\u00e9conseill\u00e9e chez la femme enceinte et allaitante, l\u2019enfant de moins de 7 ans. Prenez garde chez le sujet avec ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents d\u2019\u00e9pilepsie ou troubles endocriniens. Diffusion d\u00e9conseill\u00e9e chez le sujet asthmatique.
